Red Light Photo Ticket (TicketBust.Com)
TicketBust.com services was not successful in helping me to dismiss a $490 red light photo ticket received in Oakland, CA. The Judge did not buy TicketBust's written reasoning for dismissal. He told several of us with the same kind of ticket "it is what it is" and the proof is on the video. Additionally, TicketBust did not refund me the service fee because I submitted my documents to them in less than 10 days. When I spoke to the customer rep. on the phone she did not advise me that I was not eligible for a service fee refund due to submitting my documents to them in less than 10 days. She was anxious to charge me the $263.95. I was not pleased with TicketBust and I "Do Not" recommend them. Fred G.
