Dan provided me with above and beyond excellent customer service in my dealings with his company. He got answers when I couldn’t, provided me with recommendations when It felt like I was at a dead end in trying to resolve my claims and then he had the utmost CLASS and INTEGRITY to not charge me after my claim turned out to be not worth a lot of money.
