I cotracted with this group at an upfront cost of $2500 in feb of this year. for a loan modification, to this date all I've gotten out of the deal is a foreclosure notice from my bank! I stongly advise every one to steer clear of this co. as most of their attorneys are either being investigated by the bar or oter gov. agencys for fraud etc. Once they have your money they disapear into the woodwork Repeated calls and emails to them have gone unanswered for months on end. I have filed a complaint with the Better b,.b. and with the NY state attorney generals office. All I can hope for is to get my money back and then try to get my home out of foreclosure.
