We purchased nearly $4,000 in appliances from this store and have experienced two big problems. First, we were overcharged by nearly $700. Even though I noticed at the moment of purchase that we were charged an incorrect amount, I believed their stated intention to immediately process a credit. I have been waiting three weeks and the credit still has not been applied (despite several assurances that the had processed it). We also experienced problems with installation. Originally, the person who delivered the refrigerator and range claimed that he only had orders to install the fridge. Someone else would have to install the stove and take away the old one! It took several frantic phone calls to both the store of purchase and the store that handled delivery and installation to get them to change the order. Fortunately, the appliances are working and we got a good price on them.
