Extremely pleased with the help to get through the process. My first time with a self directed IRA. Was always able to talk to someone on the phone immediately to answer questions, and emails were also answered quickly. I worked mostly with David who was great. All other staff was super helpful also. I was in a time crunch and David made sure all happened for me!
